    Why Reading Counts as Self-Care

I’m Lauren Luckoski. I have been a high school English teacher for 14 years, and now I also help overwhelmed women online who want to love reading again—but feel too tired, too guilty, or too unsure where to start.

Around here, we ditch the pressure and perfectionism and focus on making reading feel like joy again (not a chore you forgot to do for book club).
